You are no doubt aware that the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has recently announced radical changes to the London congestion charging scheme. The current congestion charging scheme and times were re-instated along with the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charges from Monday 18th May 2020.

More significantly from Monday 22nd June 2020 the daily London congestion charge will increase from £11.50 to £15.00 per day.

In addition, the current scheme hours are from 07.00hrs to 18.00hrs Monday to Friday. From 22nd June these hours will increase to 07.00hrs to 22.00hrs and will operate 7 days per week.
The Mayor has stated that these measures may be temporary and are to form the basis of a wider Government review of the charging scheme as part of the recent Transport for London funding deal.

Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb these levels of charge increases and it is with regret that we must inform you that the congestion fees that we currently levy to your bookings will be increased in line with London Congestion increases.

It is regrettable that we are in this position along with every transport provider that enters congsetion in London but remain proud that this fee is the only added levy to your standard rates. We do not charge fuel supplements to your invoices.

We wish to thank you for your business and loyalty through the years and look forward in continuing to serve your same-day, overnight and international courier transport needs in the future.

Please continue to stay safe and well during these difficult, uncertain and unprecedented times.
