Apollo will then assist you to find the most suitable, cost effective vehicle for your parcel to be collected from your location at the earliest possible time and deliver as soon as possible.
Do I need to set up an account to send an item?
To send any items with Apollo you need an account or payment would have to be sent before the item is collected. If you are sending items on a regular basis you may want ot consider opening an account. This can be completed within 15 minutes to ensure that the driver can collect at the earliest possible time.

Does Apollo carry any other items when delivering on a same day?

Is my delivery insured?
Same day delivery - each vehicle is insured up to a maximum of £30,000.00 automatically. We can make arrangements to insure goods in excess of this, but you would have to inform us before the items are shipped and provide us with a description and value of goods
Overnight delivery - Your goods are only insured up to a maximum of £60.00 should they get damaged in transit. You can insure your items for the value of the goods, but the cost would be 1.5% of its value. (please ensure items are packaged appropriately to ensure all claims are honoured).
International distribution - Your goods are insured up to a maximum of 8.33 per kg depending on the country. You can insure your items for the value of the goods, but the cost would be 1.5% of its value. (please ensure items are packaged appropriately to ensure all claims are honoured).

A same day courier is a dedicated vehicle that will collect from your address in Cardiff within 30 minutes or within an hour in the surrounding areas of the booking and deliver at the earliest possible time. If the item is delivered overnight, the package or pallet is collected on the first day, goes through a sortation system and is delivered next day by close of business or timed services which ever has been requested at the time of booking.

Can you book a wait and return courier?
Same day dedicated vehicle - Dedicated vehicles are available 24/7 365 days a year and will wait at the delivery point to return. The first 15 minutes is free of charge and then the waiting time is charged at £20.00 per hour
Overnight deliveries - Overnight drivers have a specified run to fulfil each day with numerous delivery points. They will wait a few minutes for the items to be signed and returned but are unable to wait any length of time Generally the items that are returned need to be packaged and ready to return.

Which is the fastest delivery service?
A same day courier is the fast option to deliver your items and is the most secure. The courier will collect from an address within 30 minutes of your call, only carry your items and deliver at the earliest possible time. The dedicated vehicle is available to collect 24/7 365 days of the year. We do however ask that you check that the delivery point is open to accept the items.

What sort of items do you store?
We storage archive documents and also hold furniture for clients.
Do you have a minimum contract for archive storage?
Unlike other storage firms we do not have a minimum contract to store your items so we can hold your items for one day or indefinitely.
Do you have to pay a fixed rate to release your items from storage?
No fixed fee is charged for permanent removal. However, if all your items are being removed all outstanding invoices need to be released before your items are released. Please view our terms and conditions of storage.
